Customer service has been the key to my continued success. If you are looking for someone who provides professional representation along with effective negotiation skills, as well as a broad spectrum of knowledge and services in sales, I’m your new real estate broker.

I am the Broker of Excel Realty, with a proven record of success in the real estate industry since 1990. In 1994, I transitioned from agent to broker which launched Excel Realty. I provide an optimal level of representation for clients by being an advocate for them in each transaction.  My business reflects a broad spectrum of knowledge and services in sales.  I specialize in equity sales, short sales, foreclosures, and estate (probate) sales.  This allows me to effectively represent sellers, buyers and investors who appreciate real time understanding of property values and market movement.  These clients are throughout Pomona Valley and the Inland Empire Counties of San Bernardino and Riverside.

Prior to entering real estate, I worked for over 15 years as a legal assistant for Fortune 500 companies with an emphasis in insurance, banking and entertainment.  This experience proves to be a continued asset when contract negotiating.  I also bring bilingual English/Spanish skill set.

I hold multiple real estate certifications/designations.  I served as 1st VP of Orange County Realtists Board and named Broker of the Year (2011); Assistant Vice President of SoCal Council of Residential Specialists, and chaired the Diversity committee; Board Member of the WinDS Foundation, recipient of the WinDS Leadership Award (2015) and a 2015 nominee of the Latinas in Business Awards, honoring Women of Excellence, in association with the National Latina Business Women Association (NLBWA).  I served as Board Member and most recently as President of Neighborhood Housing Service of the Inland Empire (NHSIE).

As an active leader in my community, I co-founded CCFR Community Services, a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization which provided information, resources and access to services for residents in underserved communities.  I write articles on various real estate topics which appear in several e-magazines and co-hosted Real Estate Radio Unplugged which aired on AM1510 Financial News & Talk, a Bloomberg Radio Station.  I believe and promote my motto: “An informed community is an enlightened community.”
